Brandon is the founder and driving force behind Invision BC&R. After attending California State University Sacramento for Business Administration and Engineering in Construction Management, Brandon went on to work for some of the most prestigious Engineering and Construction firms in the nation. He uniquely worked his way up the corporate ladder as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and into Director level positions on some of the largest privately funded projects in US history. After accomplishing many milestones, Brandon developed a vision that would force him into the world of business consulting; ultimately leading him to the inception of Invision BC&R. His vision outlined an approach that became monumental to the industry and quickly became recognized nationally as one of the best in the business. Brandon's trustworthiness, passion, energy and credibility are why many industry leading organizations look to Invision BC&R to provide consulting services and key insight to their organization. Brandon's passion for work is to facilitate and plan the process of building and developing "Strategic Value" from concept to reality. He loves the intricacies of making that happen in the most innovative, efficient and cost effective way possible.

Brandon maintains a regimen of physical activity and enjoys playing competitive softball, golfing, biking, hiking, boating and wakesurfing. He is also known for being a dedicated family guy and is a great friend to many.
His network and relationships are throughout all regions of the US and internationally as well.
