Jason is a key professional within Invision BC&R, having over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Since joining the firm in its inception he has been an integral part of many accomplishments that Invision BC&R has conquered. His ability to understand technical processes within companies and projects, allows Jason to create strategic approaches in building the most talented teams of professionals.
His excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a result of his team building relationships with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, which enhance his skills with Invision BC&R nationally. Jason's organizational strengths and search techniques impact his success in the Recruiting department of Invision BC&R, specifically in the research areas plus the evaluation and assessment of potential candidates. He also relies on excellent personal relationships that he has developed over the years to strengthen his successful efforts placing professionals and team building within specific geographic locations.
As Recruiting Manager, Jason's leadership skills help guide the recruiting efforts in meeting timely deadlines for clients. His knowledge of engineering in all the disciplines we recruit for has been monumental to the trust and confidence clients instill within Invision BC&R as their recruiting partner.
