Shaun Leeper has been a key member of Invision BC&R since 2008. He began in the Recruiting Department where he focused on providing client companies with an array of highly qualified professionals. Shaun moved quickly through the ranks due in large part to his hard-charging mentality and willingness to immerse himself in gaining an understanding of all business units. As of 2010, Shaun was named the Director of Operations for Invision BC&R. He is responsible for ensuring the success of all of the firm's operational departments. His innovative mindset allows Shaun to constantly improve internal processes so that Invision performs to its maximum capabilities. Beyond his role as the Director of Operations, Shaun also plays a part in the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
Shaun strives to establish strong, high-performing relationships with all professionals and companies that he comes in contact with. He understands that building relationships is what sets Invision BC&R apart from other Business Consulting and Recruiting firms in the industry.
Away from work, Shaun enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends. His favorite place away from home is the beach. Shaun also takes pleasure in staying active by spending time in the gym, running, and participating in men's baseball and softball leagues. Shaun was recruited by the University of California, Davis to play baseball out of Rocklin High School where he was All-City Outfielder/Pitcher. He maintains a strong passion for baseball and sports in general.
